Description: The invention relates to a work station arrangement which provides a working area which is separate from the surroundings, with a cupboard which provides side boundaries and a ceiling bounding of the working area, and with a floor bounding of the working area according to the preamble of claim 1. Furthermore, the invention relates to a mobile table for the arrangement of workplaces and a method for providing a work area separate from the environment.
A workstation arrangement that provides such a work area is known from DE 20 2011 051 992 U1. The floor limitation of this known workplace arrangement is also assigned to the cabinet. A front side boundary has an air curtain to separate the work area from the surroundings.
The work area provided by the work station arrangement is designed, for example, as a clean room in which chemical or health-hazardous substances can be decanted or processed into products. Suitable devices can be parked in the work area. When changing production, these devices have to be removed or cleaned. It is difficult to remove these devices because there are no tools such as forklifts available in cleanrooms. Cleaning the devices is complex and expensive. Alternatively, there is the option of temporarily decommissioning the work station arrangement when changing production and putting another work station arrangement, which provides another clean room, into operation for the manufacture of another product. For this, however, further workplace arrangements must be acquired and maintained. In addition, there are downtimes of the work station arrangements, so that a change of production using several work station arrangements is also expensive.
[0004] JP 2007-105 597 A shows a work station arrangement with a cupboard and two mobile tables. The mobile tables can be pushed into the work station arrangement, positioned there over a lifting platform and raised by means of the lifting platform until they are pressed against a static seal of the cabinet. The tables provide floor boundaries of the work area, the work area between the table and the cabinet being sealed off from the surroundings.
The invention is therefore based on the object to improve a production change in a work area separate from the environment.
The invention solves this problem with a work station arrangement according to claim 1, with a mobile table according to claim 8 and with a method according to claim 9.
In a workstation arrangement that provides a separate work area from the environment, with a cabinet that provides side boundaries and a ceiling boundary of the work area, with a mobile table, of which the floor boundary of the work area can be provided, and with sealants by means of which the Working area between the table and the cabinet is sealable from the environment, it is provided according to the invention that the sealing means comprise at least one inflatable seal for bridging a gap between the table and the cabinet.
The work area is preferably designed as a clean room. The cabinet is at least open to the front so that the mobile table can be moved into the cabinet. The mobile table can be moved or moved and for this purpose preferably has wheels for moving the table. The sealants are either assigned to the table or the cabinet or partly to the table and partly to the cabinet.
The mobile table enables a quick and inexpensive production change. A predominant part of the workplace arrangement with the cabinet can still be used. Only the mobile table is easily exchanged for another mobile table, for example with other devices on it for the production of another product. In particular, the floor limitation is provided when the table is pushed into the cabinet. Thanks to the sealants, the work area is sealed from the environment. In particular, a seal or a gap between the table or the floor boundary and the cabinet or the side boundaries of the clean room is bridged by the sealing means and thus sealed.
The side boundaries preferably include stable walls, for example made of stainless steel or plastic. A front-side boundary preferably has at least one air curtain, which is formed by an air flow. To this end, air is drawn in, filtered in the area of the floor boundary and returned to the work area in the area of the ceiling boundary. This preferably results in an at least approximately laminar air flow directed downwards, which reliably removes any particles whirled up from the working area.
According to a preferred embodiment, the side boundaries comprise at least a first side boundary, a second side boundary and a rear side boundary and the bottom boundary comprises at least a first side edge, a second side edge and a rear side edge and the sealing means comprise an edge seal with at least a first side portion for sealing the Working area between the first side edge and the first side boundary, with a second side portion for sealing the working area between the second side edge and the second side boundary and with a rear side portion for sealing the working area between the rear side edge and the rear side boundary. For example, the first page margin is a
CH 707 977 B1 left margin and the second margin is a right margin. This means that tightness can be achieved at least to the sides and to the rear wall of the work area.
The front can optionally be limited by an air curtain reaching to the floor, so that no seal is provided on the front of the table or cabinet according to one embodiment. Alternatively, a front side section of the edge seal is also provided on the front of the table or cabinet, which is preferably designed as a circumferential seal.
[0013] According to an advantageous embodiment, the front boundary has a pane, for example made of glass, which can be swiveled or folded up about a horizontal axis. An area of the pane that seals on the table or to limit it can thus be folded up to move the table into the cabinet. After the pane has been folded down, it is preferably locked. For this purpose, the cabinet, in particular the front side boundary, has locking means such as, for example, movable latches. If the disc is folded down or already by folding the disc down, the working area between the table and the disc is sealed using the edge seal.
According to a preferred embodiment, in which the edge seal is designed as a circumferential seal, the side boundaries are formed by the first side boundary, the second side boundary, the rear boundary and a front boundary. The floor boundary has a front edge. The front portion of the edge seal is provided to seal the working area between the front edge and the front boundary.
[0015] According to a particularly preferred embodiment, the edge seal is inflatable. If the edge seal is not inflated, the table can easily be moved into the cabinet. The inflated edge seal reliably seals the gap between the table and the cabinet.
[0016] According to a particularly preferred embodiment, the table has the edge seal. The edge seal is pneumatically connected to a compressed air source on the cabinet, preferably by means of a hose or a pressure line. Alternatively, the cabinet has the edge seal, the edge seal preferably being pneumatically connected to a compressed air source.
According to an advantageous embodiment of the work station arrangement, the cabinet has at least one flat bar arranged on the side boundaries for guiding cleaning fluid from the side boundaries onto the sealant in such a way that the cleaning fluid continues to flow to the bottom boundary. The flat bar is in particular a flat steel. The flat bar forms a projection that guides cleaning fluid, in particular water, with which the work area is rinsed out, from the side boundaries via the flat bar to the sealant or edge seal. The flat bar extends so far over the sealant that an upper area of the sealant pointing towards the cabinet with a slope is covered and the cleaning liquid is drained off to an area inside the edge seal facing the table with a slope. This counteracts a build-up of cleaning fluid in a crack between the sealant and the side boundaries.
[0018] According to a preferred embodiment, the cabinet has an inlet opening connected to the work area for draining cleaning fluid from the work area. This makes it easy to clean the work area by rinsing it out. According to a preferred embodiment, the table has an exit opening and the sealing means comprise a passage seal designed as a circumferential seal for sealing the working area between the exit opening and the entry opening. The passage seal is preferably an inflatable seal. Thanks to the passage seal, cleaning fluid can also be drained from the table to the cabinet under the edge seal, while the working area remains sealed.
According to a preferred embodiment of the workplace arrangement, the inlet opening for extracting air from the work area is connected to a suction device. The suction device preferably comprises at least one filter and at least one blower. Thanks to the connection of the inlet opening to the suction device, an air flow pointing towards the table can be generated in the work area.
According to a preferred embodiment, the table has a flow channel connected to the outlet opening. Thanks to the flow channel, air can be sucked in a targeted manner to an inlet of the flow channel.
According to a preferred embodiment, the table has a suction connected by the flow channel to the outlet opening in the region of the front edge of the floor boundary for suctioning air through the flow channel and through the outlet opening from the work area. The suction is, for example, a hollow body with a large number of openings through which air can be sucked in. Alternatively, suction is provided, for example, through a large number of openings in worktops of the table. Thanks to the suction in the area of the front edge, the escape of particles to the front of the work area is counteracted. In particular, the air curtain is partially realized on the front by means of the suction.
According to a preferred embodiment of the work station arrangement, a supply of cleaned air is provided in the area of the ceiling boundary. The ceiling boundary is preferably at least in sections with a
CH 707 977 B1
Provide numerous fine air openings. Thanks to the supply of cleaned air via the ceiling boundary, the downward, at least approximately laminar flow can be realized in the work area.
[0023] According to a preferred embodiment, the table has the passage seal. According to an alternative embodiment, the cabinet has the passage seal.
[0024] According to a preferred embodiment, a locking device is provided for locking the table on the cabinet. The table preferably has the locking device. Alternatively, the cabinet or the cabinet and the table each have a proportion of the locking device. Thanks to the locking device, the table and the cabinet can be fixed relative to each other. In particular, the table is therefore not pushed out of the cabinet when the edge seal is inflated.
[0025] Independent protection is claimed for the mobile table of the work station arrangement according to the invention. The table has the sealant with the inflatable seal. According to preferred embodiments of the table, the table has one or more features according to the possible embodiments of the work station arrangement.
The object underlying the invention is further achieved by a method for providing a work area separate from the surroundings of a work station arrangement (3) which has a cupboard and sealant with at least one inflatable seal, for which independent protection is desired. A mobile table is moved into the cabinet. The table is then fixed relative to the cabinet and then the inflatable seal is inflated. The cabinet therefore again provides side boundaries and a ceiling boundary of the work area. The table provides a floor boundary for the work area. The inflatable seal seals the working area between the table and the cabinet against each other. The method is carried out in particular with the work station arrangement according to the invention and / or with the mobile table according to the invention. The advantages according to the invention when changing production result accordingly. In particular, a mobile table in the work station arrangement can be flexibly replaced by a further mobile table with further structures for the manufacture of another product.
According to a preferred embodiment of the method, the inflation of the at least one seal comprises the inflation of an, in particular circumferential, edge seal and the inflation of a circumferential through-seal, the edge seal sealing the working area between at least one of the side borders and the bottom border, and wherein the through-seal seals Seals the work area between an exit opening of the table and an entry opening of the cabinet. Liquids can subsequently flow out of the work area through the inlet opening.
Further embodiments result from the claims and from the exemplary embodiment explained with reference to the drawings. The drawings show:

Fig. 6 shows a fourth section of the table together with parts of the cabinet of the work station arrangement of the embodiment according to FIGS. 3 to 5 in a perspective view.
Fig. 1 shows a work station arrangement 1, which provides a work area 2 separate from the environment, with a cabinet 3 and with a mobile table 4. Fig. 2 shows a section of the work station arrangement 1, in particular the cabinet 3 and the mobile table 4. FIGS. 3, 4, 5 and 6 show sections of the work station arrangement 1 with only differently arranged air passage openings on the table 4.
The cabinet 3 provides a first side boundary 5, a second side boundary 6, a rear boundary 7 and a ceiling boundary 8 of the work area 2. The second side boundary 6 and the rear side boundary 7 are formed here, for example, from stainless steel, whereas the first side boundary 5 has a glass pane. A floor boundary 9 of the work area 2 is provided by the mobile table 4 when it is arranged in the cabinet 3. The cabinet 3 also provides a front boundary 10 of the work area 2,
CH 707 977 B1 which in turn comprises an air curtain formed by an air flow directed vertically from top to bottom and a glass pane 11 which can be moved sideways and has through openings 12 and 13.
[0031] Filtered clean air is conducted over a large area over the ceiling delimitation 8 into the work area 12. The air is sucked off in the bottom area of the work area 2 or in the area of the floor boundary 9, so that the air curtain is provided and in the work area 2 there is an at least approximately laminar air flow directed downwards, which leads any particles in the work area 2 to the floor boundary 9. To extract the air from the work area 2 designed as a clean room, a suction device (not shown) is provided in the cabinet 3, which comprises at least one filter for filtering the extracted air or the air to be introduced into the work area and at least one fan.
The table 4 has lockable and pivotable about a vertical axis wheels 14, 15, 16 and 17, by means of which the table 4 can be moved. To move the table 4 into the cabinet 3 or to move the table 4 out of the cabinet 3, a cross member 18 and the glass pane 11 mounted on the bottom side of the cross member 18 may be temporarily removed.
The table 4 has a left foldable worktop 19, a middle worktop 20 and a right foldable worktop 21. The two foldable worktops 19 and 21 each rest on the middle worktop 20 by means of fastenings. For better illustration of parts of the work station arrangement 1, which would otherwise be covered by the worktops 20 and 21, the worktop 19 is shown translucently in FIGS. 3, 4 and 5. The worktop 20 is not shown in FIGS. 3 and 4.
After retracting the table 4 in the cabinet 3, the table 4 is first fixed relative to the cabinet 3 or locked by means of a locking device 22 of the table 4 on the cabinet 3. The locking device 22 has a lever 23 which has to be pivoted to lock the table 4 on the cabinet 3. Latches 25 and 26 of the locking device 22 are thereby extended laterally via a linkage 24 of the locking device 22, so that these bars 25 and 26 engage in sections of the cabinet 3 and thus fix the table relative to the cabinet 3.
The table 4 has a circumferential, inflatable edge seal 27 with a first side section 28, a second side section 29, a rear side section 30 and with a front side section 31. The first side section 28 is arranged on a first side edge 32 of the floor boundary 9. The second side section 29 is arranged on a second edge 33 of the floor boundary 9. The rear side section 30 is arranged on a rear side edge 34 of the floor boundary 9. The front side section 31 is arranged on a front side edge 35 of the floor boundary 9. If the table 4 is fixed to the cabinet 3 and the edge seal 27 is pneumatically connected to a compressed air source, for example a compressor in the cabinet 3, the edge seal 27 is inflated by means of this compressed air source, so that a gap between the table 4 and the circumference of the floor boundary 9 is created and the cabinet 3 is bridged and closed by means of the edge seal 27. The edge seal 27 closes with the first side section a gap between the first side edge 32 and the first side border 5, with the second side section 29 between the second side border 6 and the second side border 33, with the back side section 30 between the back side border 7 and the back side edge 34 and with the front section 31 between the front boundary 10 or the cross member 18 and the front edge 35.
The cabinet 3 has a flat bar 36 designed as a flat steel, which is arranged all around the lower edge of the first side boundary 5, the rear side boundary 7 and the second side boundary 6 and is in contact with the edge seal 27 when the edge seal 27 is inflated is. Another flat bar is provided on the cross member 18, which is in contact with the front section 31 of the inflated edge seal 27. The flat bar 36 and the further flat bar ensure that cleaning liquid which flows down the side borders 5, 6, 7 and 10 is advantageously passed on via the edge seal 27 to a funnel-shaped section of the floor border 9 and is fed to an outlet opening 37 of the table 4. The outlet opening 37 is arranged corresponding to an inlet opening 38 of the cabinet 3, through which the cleaning liquid can flow out of the working area 2 in the direction of the cabinet 3. A transition between the outlet opening 37 and the inlet opening 38 is sealed by means of a circumferential, inflatable passage seal 39. As an example, the table 4 has the passage seal 39. The edge seal 27 and the passage seal 39 are both sealing means 40 of the work station arrangement 1, which seal the work area 2 between the table 4 and the cabinet 3 from the environment. The edge seal 27 and the passage seal 39 are preferably inflated together via a compressed air supply.
The area between the funnel-shaped design of the floor boundary 9 and the worktops 19, 20 and 21 is at the same time designed as a flow channel 41, which connects the outlet opening 37 with a suction 42, which is realized in the form of air passage openings. 3 and 4, the air passage openings in the worktops 19, 20 and 21 are arranged. The suction 42 is arranged in the region of the front edge 35 of the floor boundary 9. Air from the work area 2 can thus be sucked through the suction 42, the flow channel 41, the outlet opening 37 and the inlet opening 38 to the cabinet 3 or to filters and, if necessary, can be returned to the work area 2 at the ceiling delimitation 8.
CH 707 977 B1 At the second side boundary 6, a supply channel 43 opens into the work area 2, through which substances or liquids can be provided in the work area 2 while maintaining the separation of the work area 2 from the environment.
